WORK HISTORY

COSTUME SUPERVISOR

The CW, Significant Mother and IFC, Portlandia

May 2015 - Present

I had the honor of being the costume supervisor for the Emmy award winning wardrobe department of Portlandia. I also had the pleasure of working as the costume supervisor for The CW’s new comedy Significant Mother. As costume supervisor, I was responsible for the day to day running of the wardrobe department. I analyzed the script breakdown and production schedules to prepare a realistic wardrobe budget, manufacturing and purchasing schedules and crewing requirements. I handled all the financial records for the wardrobe department and was responsible for maintaining the costume budget. I coordinated all labor efforts for pre-production and the actual shoot.

Production Coordinator, Associate Producer, Content Coordinator, and Stage Manager

Nike Global Brand Media

January 2013 - Present

I work side-by-side with producers to meet client needs, organize content, and work thoroughly to expedite production goals on a project to project bases. Manage budget sheets, travel logs, as well as being on call for any needs of my producer.  I’ve had the privilege of making production runs to LA, coordinating media on mobile devices, coordinating travel for shoots, and managing the Global Brand Media stage.

PRODUCER

December 2011 - Present

As a producer I budget out projects to meet director’s and clients goals. Coordinate cast and crew to ensure a smooth production flow. I make a point to work closely with all department heads to create clear and open communication during the production process. Content I’ve produced has appeared at the Frameline International Film Festival, notable music websites, and network television.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

March  2011 - Present

I handled set budget, managed talent and crew, and assisted all departments as needed. Acted as liaison between client, company, and crew. Handled invoices and payment tracking. I’m the first one on set and will not leave until the last grip truck has left the parking lot. Selected clients include Intel, Brooks, Nike, Gatorade, Google, and Vice Media.

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

January 2010 - March 2011

I have worked on various commercials, television shows, and music videos from small to large scales. Selected clients include; Portlandia, Syfy Channel, TLC, Lifetime, ABC, NBC, Otter Wax, Etsy, Cake (band), Elvis Costello (band), Columbia Records, and Oregon Public Broadcasting. As a production assistant I never sit down, I’m never in the way, and make a point to be one step ahead of the production.
